The Language Service UPCT has given during the month of July Free Polish lessons to students who go to Poland next year through the international mobility programs.
The initiative is aimed at students who leave for countries where minority languages ​​are spoken, become acquainted or have a first contact with the language.
Classes will be offered again in September.
"It's a pilot, that given the good response from students despite the dates and little advance will repeat next year, in May, and will expand to other minority languages ​​relevant to our students, such as Dutch or Turkish "says Donatella Rotondo, director of Language Services at the Polytechnic of Cartagena.
Has taught classes in the Multimedia Classroom Library Campus Muralla del Mar Mateusz Zaremba, an Erasmus student this course has been to the School of Tourism, attached to the UPCT.
The Vice President for Information Technology and Communications has recorded two pilot videos offered through Polimedia service.
In September it is planned to hang the full course of initial Polish.
Experience is proving of great interest to students pursuing these courses.

The Language Service UPCT teaches courses in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese to promote the internationalization of its students and teaches Spanish to foreign students.
