The state in which many of the playgrounds of our town, leave much to be desired in terms of safety and maintenance.
SPCT has collected complaints from residents of different municipalities and citizens take us security gaps in the playgrounds of the Barrio de la Concepción (the park located beside the old Medical Clinic), in the neighborhood of Mansions in parks the Santa Ana of the streets around the street visor and where there located on the Virgen de los Dolores neighborhood of Cartagena Sorrows plaza, although we are sure that this situation can be extended to most of the districts and county Cartagena.

In this situation we require SPCT from the City Council to urgently proceed to carry out a comprehensive review of the state of playgrounds in the municipality.
With this simple step, we intend simply to improve the quality and especially the safety of our playgrounds.
We do not claim any cause for alarm, but it is clear that it is necessary to take preventive measures that could prevent future accidents.
