The ALDE placed 148 unemployed in the first half of the year (21/07/2014)

Councilman Employment Joaquin Mowing, accompanied by the director of the Agency of Local Development and Employment, Francisco García Valenzuela, were on Monday presented the program of actions prepared the ALDE for the second half of 2014, taking the opportunity to present some interesting facts obtained by the Agency in the first months of the year.

A total of 148 unemployed have found work in the first half thanks to the actions performed by the ALDE, and 30 companies were created with support from the City Council.

The ALDE continues in this second half keeping all existing programs, by consolidating those launched experimentally in previous periods and schedule new ones, which will cover the new needs that arise in the day.

From the Department of Education 21 training activities for unemployed different age is.

It consolidated the offer on languages, expanding courses English and German, on two levels, basic and medium and providing users with programs overseas labor practices first contact with the language will handle on them.

As for courses related to computer expertise has been sought in order to serve as a working tool, especially in the administration and will be taught three courses on management applications.

In this second half will continue to develop the work of the Employment Agency, which offers a free service to companies that need to hire workers through targeted campaigns directly to entrepreneurs, to attract jobs.

Within the Department of Advising Entrepreneurs and SMEs, and specifically Entrepreneurship program, highlight the launch of a new edition of the School of Young Entrepreneurs, in collaboration with the Salesian UPCT and, in order to promote entrepreneurship among young VET students and prepare them for decision making towards your professional future, which will integrate specific activities with teachers and parents of students.

For the second semester starts a new program called

Trade Hall, in order to facilitate specific training to merchants and especially those who are new to trading business advised by the ALDE.

The objective is to know their weaknesses and shortcomings.

With participating retailers, individually, a detailed analysis of the business that will end with a report that the person concerned for implementation will take place.

Along the same lines, will be held in the month of October a series of training seminars for ecommerce, Build Your Business Online and Marketing Success Online.

The ALDE this semester also participates in European projects, from the Department of Advising Entrepreneurs and SMEs and Training are developed and designed these programs to encourage job creation and business, as well as its consolidation and development of professional practices by unemployment in European countries.

This second half will continue to work in 4 European projects:

- Establishing a Project Cooperation Network Configuration system in Cartagena Youth Guarantee, which aims to ensure employability and training of young people in a 4-month period through different routes and methodologies.

The budget is 198,412.25 euros being the grant received from 188.491.64 euros.

Period: 1/11/2013 to 10/30/2014.

- Comenius Regio Project Entrepreneurs of tomorrow, which aims to promote entrepreneurship in the students of secondary and high schools as another option to the inclusion in the labor market.

Be promoted through ICT tools, S which enhance the interest of students.

Project partners are the Institute UPCT and Isaac Peral, and other Italian partners in the aspect internacional.El budget budget: 29.500 euros and the grant received is 24,375 euros.

Period: 08/01/2013 to 31/07/2015.

- DELI Project Diversity in Local Economy and Integration, which aims to manage the Diversity in Business and enhancing employability of immigrant groups..

Participating partners are;

City of Bucharest, City of Dublin, City of Getxo, City of Munich, City of Reggio Emilia, City of Lisbon, City of London (Lewisham Borough Local), City of Vienna, City of Rotterdam and City of Cartagena.

The total budget is 884,760 euros and the grant received: 54,200 euros.

The period is from 12/23/2013 to 22/06/2015.

-Erasmus + Project, whose goal is the implementation by 15 students from the workshops of the ALDE employment of professional practices in Portugal.

Project funded by the European Social Fund, in the amount of 71,000 euros, which will begin later this year, to develop throughout 2015.

We must also mention the great success of the incorporation of the Agency of Local Development and Employment to social networking through Facebook and Twitter.

Thus, users continue to be consulted when ALDE all the news and developments at the instant they occur.

Also highlights the final launch of the Youth Training Centre and Quarries, where the training program of the ALDE and selection processes of companies claiming it through Placement Agency develops, that in this year 2014, will house 50 training and will host 750 students actions.

Finally as highlight events from 25 to 28 September in the European program Comenius Regio, a meeting between technical program will be held in the province of Alexandria.

IMPROVING THE STOP
