The Legion Emblem Hostages association Carthago - Quaestor Gaius Flaminius, the Festival of Carthaginians and Romans, was originally formed by a Roman gladius or sword breaking shackles;

The same slogan is also used by special forces of the U.S. Army (Green Berets).
