The residents and businesses of Duke Street and Calle Cuatro Santos, in the historic center, are very concerned about the danger they feel as a result of speeding vehicles from individuals and the concessionaires who travel daily by the area.
An important group of residents and businesses, have moved their concern about this issue, particularly at the level of the street in Bar Sol del Duque.
High speeds typically up vehicles, coupled with the lack of speed limiters and how busy this area, especially in the morning, is causing great fear among the locals for fear that some misfortune occurs as of outrage.
Given this situation from SPCT urge the government team of the City of Cartagena for appropriate in order to correct this dangerous situation to the security of neighboring action.
