The Agency for Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena, as a collaborator of Regional Employment and Training Center, is conducting free occupational training courses financed by the European Social Fund, in the fields of Hospitality and Sales.
These courses provide access to professional certificates to 90 participants aiming their employment.
The training activities being carried are:
Kitchen 810 hours: (ESO or equivalent)
Selling Activities 590 hours: (ESO or equivalent)
Geriatric care to dependent people in Social Institutions 450 hours: (ESO or equivalent)
Restaurant Services 580 hours: (ESO or equivalent)
Unit Operations cuisine, lactic 350 hours (under 30 with low qualifications)
Unit Operations Restaurant Bar, 290 teaching hours (targeting under 30 with low qualifications)
They all have a modulus of 80 hours of non-work to be done in companies related to each specialty internships.
The overall aim is for students to acquire all necessary to develop a quality occupation in the labor market.
Once the training participants may wish to join the Agency Placement ALDE, in order to qualify for jobs that are posted by businesses on its website.
