Victoria Vera Paz is the student who has built the paper boat capable of withstanding three minutes without sinking loading 18 kilos to win the delegation organized by the students of Naval Festival Committee and the Campus Alfonso XIII, competition and has won 70 euros in prize money.
Second place went to Juan Garcia Miralles, who made a boat which held 14 kilos and 200 grams of water and received 30 euros plus bonus party pack (t-shirt, ticket paella and a ticket to the party venue water).
The competition is made in the week of festivities of Campus Alfonso XIII and eight boats competed paper, double teams than last year.
"This time, the competition was held outside the campus, unlike past years, which has allowed many students have seen and known.
And there have been people who have told us they want to participate next year, "said Borja Martínez representing students, Naval School.
