Bidding La Mesa City of Cartagena has been decided between the two proposals submitted by the company Gil Chairs for installation and operation of the chairs in the routes of the processions of Holy Week, also including the floral offering to the Virgin Charity of the Good Friday.
The proposal, which will be on Friday March 28th at Board of Governors for approval, establishes an annual fee of 71,000 euros, the type of output was 62,000 euros, and a concession period of two annuities.
In addition to the economic criteria, as the higher the fee offered to choosing proposal takes into account technical criteria such as experience in the installation and rental of chairs roll, number of employees and working methods, model and quality of the chairs, advance sale points and time to the public, or other improvements which the proponent can enter.
As for the price of the chairs, as laid down in the specifications, will be 3 euros the day of the Floral Offering, while for processions, it will cost between 4 euros, the cheapest, and 7 euros, the most expensive, depending on the day's itinerary and chosen row.
