Salesian students learn to assess their entrepreneurial potential with ALDE (20/03/2014)

A total of 25 students will participate Friday in a workshop at the Faculty of Business, including the School of Young Entrepreneurs project, which they learn to develop skills and techniques of coaching for their future labor market

The Agency for Local Development and Employment in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Cartagena College of the Salesians and Motivia Junior, has organized for Friday March 21 a new initiative included in the School for Young Entrepreneurs program.

This is the second workshop of this program, to be held in the appointing of Sciences of the Company, is aimed at students 25 Salesians who learn to develop key skills for success in any profession, applying innovative techniques to acquire Coaching a better understanding of themselves.

This will be accompanied by the implementation of an Action Plan focused on defining and implementing their projects Employability and, in parallel, a talk by advising parents and teachers will, in which he presented the key market labor in the XXI century.

Thus, always around employability success factor, tools to educate in the family and academic framework of entrepreneurial skills that adolescents addressed in this project shall be provided.

One of the major problems currently plaguing society is the scarcity of genuine entrepreneurship among youth, and this initiative is to provide an effective response to the educational challenges of youth, that they may learn to value their talents from self-discipline and confidence, and know how to create their own work.

The School Project for Young Entrepreneurs

It is aimed at young people aged 15 to 20 who are studying 4 of the ESO, or Vocational School Degree or Higher mean.

It has a development of four months, from February to May 2014, and includes the construction of four workshops for teens two outdoor activities and two talks for parents and teachers.

In February the first workshop, focused on self-knowledge, one autdoor activity, in which the cohesion of the group worked, and a meeting with parents and teachers took place.
