The Hall Building La Milagrosa hosted on Thursday morning a new lecture course A walk through the history and traditions of our city, organized by the Department of Social Services and aims to bring the rich history major Cartagena and the surrounding area through the various manifestations of culture, such as art, theater and dining.

The latter has been the star of the talk by Pastor Hope, cooking teacher of the School of Hotel Cartagena.

The conference has been on the cuisine of the county, its flavors and products, developing recipes with local products and the development of dishes to this day, touring the nearest gastronomic history.
