The School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena (SPACE), taught from Tuesday March 4 during Traffic Accident Reconstruction, Level IV, targeting and Police Commands of the municipalities of the Region of Murcia, lasting 35 teaching hours will run until April 1.
The course is part of Route Training and Research in Traffic Accidents, School designed by local police in the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with SPACE.
These training activities at levels III and IV, are very lto level of expertise and training in the art, and are based on the application of the principles of Newtonian physics to the accident investigation.
Concepts like acceleration, energy dump, frictional force, rolling resistance, center of mass, etc..
etc.., are part of the daily life of these teachings.
Traditionally, this level of expertise only been taught in technical universities through Masters or Diploma courses, as in the case of Catalonia, Valencia or Madrid, or by private centers specializing in this type of research mainly located in Zaragoza or à vila.
Also at the School of Traffic Police located in Merida RAT advanced courses are held.
In Spain there are few schools that have addressed local police investigating accidents at these levels, given the complexity of the teachings.
Therefore, our region is a pioneer in this area, as more and more police officers from different councils that have been formed at this level of expertise.
The courses, designed and taught by local police School of the Autonomous Community of Murcia and ESPAC collaborate several experts in the field, such as the local police Inspector Antonio García Ruiz, further experience as Chief Local police in Cartagena for 25 years, adds his degree in various specialties of engineering, and Local Police Sergeant Juan José Díaz Noguera, Criminologist and for many years head of the local police Atestados Cartagena.
