The Salgueiro troupe returns to sit on the throne this Carnival (24/02/2014)

Cartagena Carnival already has his new Queen. Carmen María Escudero was done with the prized crown on Saturday at a gala full of excitement and fun.

So, once again, the troupe getting Salgueiro sixth consecutive year the trophy for best costume this holiday season.

Just a few minutes earlier, the Councillor for Women, Clara Hall, was responsible for giving the go-ahead to Carnival this year at the Central Pavilion Wssell Guimbarda.
