Cartagena this weekend starts its celebrations of Carnival (21/02/2014)

The streets smell like party and waiting for booting the festivities on Saturday with the opening speech of the mayor Clara Hall and Queen election.

On Sunday it will be the turn of the Dance and Choreography Groups Vermouth

Time to get the sequins, sparkles and feathers to go out has arrived and that the Carnival is only missing a few hours to give the go-ahead.

The mayor of Women, Clara Hall, is in charge this year to give the opening speech that starts the festivities.
