The Rector of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Jose Antonio Franco, and the Vice Chancellor for Internationalisation, José Manuel Ferrández have been honored this morning with a medallion with base at the University of Cairo, which has been recognized in this way the work of opening towards the southern Mediterranean UPCT.
