A hundred students began visits to institutes UPCT (20/01/2014)

Centres of Murcia, Stables, Murcia and Fuente Alamo tours begin at the Polytechnic campus, during the next few weeks made ​​2,200 students from across the region

More than a hundred students from schools in Murcia, Stables, Murcia and Fuente Álamo have come this morning the three campuses of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena for its educational offerings, facilities and services for students.

UPCT today began receiving a series of visits institutes runs until February 24 and which is expected to involve 53 schools and 2,200 students from across the region of Murcia and surrounding areas, from Torrevieja to Caravaca .

The tour starts in the Student House, where young people have been informed of all the schools that are UPCT and have seen their leisure facilities which include tennis room, billiards table, dartboard and games, as well as free computers with internet access.

Subsequently, students are divided into three groups according to their interest to pursue either degree and visit any of the three campuses of the Polytechnic: the Sea Wall, where studies of Industrial and Telecommunication taught, that of Alfonso XIII, which houses the schools of Agricultural, Building and Construction Engineering, Naval and Roads and Mines, and the Faculty of Business.

Visits are scheduled for students of second year of high school grades and know the level of training offered by the UCPT facing the university enrollment process that will begin after Selectivity tests.

As of March will be the staff of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena which moves to schools across the region to raise awareness of the degrees offered by the UPCT.
