The Bobbin XII of the District of Cartagena gathered on Sunday November 17th over 350 people in Alum. At Cartagena local residents joined those from nearby towns such as La Union, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar , Los Alcazares, Murcia even.
Neither wanted to miss this meeting the councilors of Women, Clara Hall, and Culture, Rosario Montero, who were accompanied by the President of the Neighborhood Council of the deputation of Alum, Francisco Hernandez.
Men and women gave proof of their love for this craft technique so ingrained in the District of Cartagena.
In addition, the Housewives Association of the town took the time to lay before the large audience their creations, from painting, bobbin up eva rubber crafts.
This association, and once the twelfth meeting, invited those present with a fellowship meal held in the halls of Paradise Restaurant.
