The leaves, stems, branches, roots and fruits of no commercial value generated by the intensive production of pepper, present in 95% of the area of ​​Campo de Cartagena, have "great potential as soil amendment in agricultural production and dedicated to representing a source of organic matter and nutrients "for broccoli, as stated in the thesis of the researcher Jennifer Moreno Cornejo, led by doctors from the School of Agriculture of Angel Face and Raul UPCT Zornoza, Management research group, Use and Recovery of Soil and Water (GARSA).
