The Local Government Board, meeting this morning, under the chairmanship of Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, has agreed to award the café ete Molin Archaeological Park for two years and an annual fee of 3,500 euros.
The award has been produced by negotiated procedure without publication, after it became the first public call desert.
To this end the City invited five hospitality entrepreneurs to make proposals to operate the cafe, of which three reached s nly formalize.
The winner will be Alberto de Haro García and in the coming days will begin the process for the implementation of the service.
In other matters the Board of Governors approved a multi-year expenditure 3,364,000 euros for hiring cleaning beaches of the municipality by the Institute of Coastal Services.
This contract will run from December this year, which is expected to be resolved the bidding process, until November 2017.
The Board also approved a cooperation agreement between the Association of Surveyors of the Region of Murcia and the Youth Council to provide users of the stock of rental housing council obtaining the certificates for energy efficiency.
These certificates are now required when selling or renting a home.
Through the agreement the Association of Surveyors provide a list of professionals with price controls and an annex of recommendations to improve the efficiency of each property.
Finally, among other matters, the Board of Governors approved a comprehensive package of programs and activities that the Department of Education during the current 2013-2014 school year and will be presented to the media by the Councillor Joseph Marotta, on Friday, the 6th, at 12 am, near the start of the school year.
