More than 80 young people participated on Sunday September 1 at I 3x3 Basketball Tournament in the town of Cartagena, which is organized jointly by the Department of Sports, the Festival Committee and the Neighborhood of El Algar
Over 80 athletes gathered last Sunday in September 1 I Basketball Tournament 3x3 Algar, in a sport that complemented the Rise to Power of Toad, a summer career long tradition in the region and is held on Saturday August 31.
This second edition was presented with five categories, with the winners Murciagena in mini masculine mini Mininons feminine Child Zip and Zap in female; Maccabi Lift on promises, Cua Cua in senior women, and Tiki Taka in the form of men.
The awards ceremony held at the Plaza José M. Serrano of El Algar, was attended by the Councillor for District 7, Juan Jose Martinez, the president of the neighborhood of El Algar, Francisca Martinez, and the president of Club Sierramar, John Asensio.
This tournament is organized by the Festival Committee of the neighborhood of El Algar and Sports Department of the City of Cartagena, with the collaboration of Sierramar Basketball Club.
