The Federation of Carnival, in collaboration with the City of Cartagena through the Department of Culture and Celebration, Official Competition has called for the election of the poster that will represent the city in its Carnival 2014.
As established bases in c readores contest is open to any nationality, with up to three jobs each, if their works are original.
The theme is open, but picking the carnival spirit and a noticeable element of Cartagena, and the deadline to submit works remain open until 13.30 pm on October 25, 2013.
Is awarded a single prize of 1,000 euros, which may be forfeited, if the judgment of the jury, the works presented did not meet the required quality.
The jury will be composed of the mayor or his delegate, the president of the Federation of Carnival Cartagena, Secretary with voice but no vote, and members appointed by the federation.
His decision is final and will be announced through the local and regional media.
