The Book of What Drugstores Campano and José María Lapuerta received on Wednesday June 12, the visit of Social Care Councillor, Antonio Calderon. Besides chatting with officials, the mayor was able to see first hand the recreational activities that are were developed in the centers, and have the book as the main protagonist.
The Book Drugstores are centers where, with the cooperation of the District Coordinators, adult education classrooms and volunteers, bring together a large number of social activities for children and adults in their area of influence.
So in addition to tutoring groups, and extracurricular activities for children, there are also workshops for adults and activities for women.
Also serve the function library, promoting and promoting reading in all areas, contributing to personal enrichment, cultural and social development of the working population and creating opportunities for knowledge exchange and cultures.
The Book Botica was recognition for social integration and reading the National Prize Caixa Foundation in 2007.
