E l Garbancillo of Tallante, specifications and only exclusive area and in danger of extinction, will be starring on Saturday June 8-hiker Cycle Route in the program organized festivity of Tallante 2013.
An estimated 200 people will participate in this activity, to be held r between 8.00 and 13.00 hours, departing from Cartagena and from Tallante.
The distance cycle route is 15 miles, 20 if done from Cartagena, and the route is Tallante, Broken People, Cabeza Tallante Black, Los Perez, South Los Cabezos Pericón, Los Cañavates, the Jewish Puerto Colada , Cabeza Black Tallante and from Tallante.
For those who make the hiking route, which is 10 kilometers, will leave the Chapel of Tallante and thence to Broken People, Cabeza Black, Los Pérez and from Tallante, explaining the unique landscape garbancillo environment.
The Tallante garbancillo is a plant species listed on the endangered species list Wildlife officer in Officer Protection Scheme is contained in the Spanish Catalogue of Endangered Species and is also in the Regional Catalogue of Protected Wild Plants.
