EDUCATION IS THE LIGHT
The "I'm European Student" links the city of Kaliningrad with Spain.
The Association for Extracurricular Education of the Kaliningrad region and Cartagena Foundation for Language Education and Spanish culture "Funcarele" have signed a partnership agreement.
Since this summer you can travel to the famous city of Cartagena to improve education.
A number of years during which the Association for Non-Formal Education of the Kaliningrad region is confirmed as reliable guide for students who want to go abroad in order to receive the prestigious European higher education.
Through the active participation of the Association in the international project "European Student Am" (which in turn is developed in the framework of the international program "Balance"), citizens of Kaliningrad have opened the doors of many universities Polish.
Czech universities have gone further and are even willing to provide scholarships for students in this region.
And on May 10 another important event happened.
On the map of the project appears to another country that has signed the cooperation agreement.
We are talking about Spain.
Imagine studying in a country where the sun shines more than 300 days a year!
"Funcarele and our Association have signed the partnership agreement," says Svetlana Kuzmitskaya, president of the Association of non-formal education of Kaliningrad.
The objective of this project is to create lasting bonds to exchange students based on the internationalization of educational programs, training specialists in fields of business administration and management, economics and finance, tourism, medicine, etc.
"Funcarele" Russian students will provide admission to Spanish universities.
We thank the Cartagena Chamber of Commerce and its president's active participation in the development of this project, as this organization takes an important role - Russian recognition of qualifications under the rules of Spanish education.
"The Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena, in the context of public functions assigned to it, considers the close strategic partnership with the Association of Kaliningrad and believes the partnership will promote the integration of the various areas of our societies, including educational and economic - so appreciated the signing, the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena, Miguel Martinez Bernal.
The first offer is the following.
Russian students have the opportunity to be enrolling in schools in Spain, having requested the approval of their compulsory secondary education studies.
Also, for the transfer of the case to the University of Cartagena enough to have documents issued by the Russian university on the subjects passed, and information about the curriculum.
This information must be translated into Spanish and apostilled previously.
Students of the Kaliningrad region and other Russian cities, by contacting the Association for Kaliningrad extracurricular education may enter the Polytechnic University of Cartagena or any other public or private university in Spain, after receiving an intensive Spanish at the language school "Funcarele" accredited center of the Instituto Cervantes.
Knowledge of Spanish will help students overcome the first hurdle on the way to their European dream.
