The Civil Guard detained suspected of a robbery in the market at El Algar (15/03/2013)

The victim was with injuries that required medical assistance available in a medical center

The Guardia Civil has arrested the Murcia region of the two involved in a robbery, by the process known as "pull", which took place at the weekly market in the village of El Algar-Cartagena, and in which were stolen jewelry to a person of advanced age.

The authors took advantage of the low influx of people at that time were in the market to address behind the victim, who was wounded on the ground, and steal the jewelry he carried in his neck.

Due to the facts, the victim suffered injuries to his neck, so he had to be taken to a medical center to receive treatment.

Agents specializing in prevention of public safety, upon learning of the theft, the corresponding research began to collect all possible clues about his responsibility for the events.

After identifying the two alleged perpetrators of the crime, the Civil Guard established a search that led to the location, arrest and subsequent remand in custody of the two suspects on suspicion of robbery with violence, by the method of pull.

During the performance, the Meritorious has enjoyed the cooperation of citizens.

Detainee

As part of the investigation, we have proceeded to the arrest of two persons, which is credited with the authorship of the crime of robbery, identified as:

- Moroccan, age 28 and resident in Cartagena.

- Moroccan 26 years and resident in Cartagena.

One of those arrested has a criminal record.

Detainees and proceedings initiated have been made available to the Magistrate's Court in Cartagena (Murcia).
