The Agency for Local Development and Employment taught during the months of February, March and April, Food Handling courses aimed at unemployed and with a duration of 8 hours.

These are actions that will be given free training in two days, beginning on 27 February, 20 March and 10 April, in the morning from 9:00 am to 13:00 pm in the Youth Center and Training Canteras and to be attended by a total of 60 students from among the 240 applications that have been submitted.

This action falls within program courses ROOM SETS, initially heading to the orientation in the job search, and that today are oriented towards training qualify the user for employment, by earning badges, cards or professional skills required in the areas of construction, manufacturing, hospitality and commerce, as a prerequisite to occupying a job on them.

Thus, the food handler courses, which are limited in the field of hospitality, will follow the prevention of occupational risks for the sectors of construction, concrete, masonry, plumbing, and electricity, and other professional training for transportation of goods and the hazard analysis and critical control points.

Entries into the classroom can be performed in FIXED Agency Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena, located on the street charity No. 1, and the selection will be made ​​in strict order of receipt of the application in the registry of the organism.
