III Startup Weekend show how to turn an idea into a business in 54 hours (15/02/2013)

Entrepreneurs and creative minds will meet, on Friday March 1 and Sunday March 3, in Cartagena to participate in the third edition of Startup Weekend Murcia. Altogether, two days in which it is expected the arrival of fifty of participants willing to know the different stages for the creation of a company, from the outline of the primary idea to its implementation, and all in 54 hours.

The Auditorium and Convention Center The Batel will host this event for entrepreneurs, which every year becomes a must-attend appointment, as noted from the organization.

And, the good results obtained in anteriore s editions, created more than three companies, entrepreneurial support this initiative.

The opening day start on Friday, March 1, from 18.00.

Time is money, and never better, since participants will have just 60 seconds to present their business ideas. Subsequently form teams, dedicating the weekend to develop the most popular ideas, mainly on web and mobile applications .

These projects will be presented on Sunday to the jury that will deliver the prizes for the best works.

Side by side, programmers, designers and marketing experts will work on the implementation of the project. Share knowledge, learn teamwork, professional advice or share experiences and future desires of business in the Region of Murcia are hallmarks of Startup Weekend, an original event which highlights the level of commitment of participants and the high degree of content networking offering.

Globality is another feature since the Murcia region get part, the next weekend, a global entrepreneurship movement.

And, the Startup Weekend will be held simultaneously in 17 cities around the world, being all connected by the traditional battle of hashtags.
