First Encounter Youth Correspondents team (27/12/2012)

A total of 19 students from 15 public schools in Cartagena, participated this morning in the first team meeting of the academic year 2012-2013 Youth Correspondents. The event was attended by the Councillor for Youth, Ruth Maria Gonzalez Collado , and this youth program coordinator, Encarna Parreno.

Youth Councillor stressed that this tool is critical because thanks to it you can get to all young Cartagena and keep them informed of various activities organized from the Department or from entities that collaborate with it.

It also noted that it is a way to bring the public to the youth.

Correspondents in this edition are currently studying a course of ESO, Bachelor or Vocational Training. Way to Rosana, High School sophomore, her work can help other young

Correspondents, selected by the Youth Council of the City of Cartagena, will receive a grant of three hundred euros for the work done in their respective schools.
