UPyD asks that the City make an effort and completely subsidize bus fares for unemployed, large families and retirees (10/12/2012)

Sergio Martinez, deputy spokesman UPyD Cartagena, has been critical of the City of Cartagena, part of the Public Transport Authority, do not take the initiative to start the expansion in Cartagena for a pricing simplified, unified and integrated entire region.

So far no actions to simplify and unify the prices relative to other municipalities, and that was one of the main actions that raised the entity.

Similarly stands, and speaks volumes about the efforts, which after a year, for the Public Transport Authority, remains at the forefront of that area in the city of Cartagena, José Vicente exconceja Albaladejo, and thus appears in the web of entity.

"Since we believe UPyD is delaying the inevitable. Should be to respond to the needs of users, and their needs are now efficient services, and cheaper."

The Popular Party punishes families, and groups with more economic difficulties, with direct taxes and indirect very high, which take no account of the ability of citizens; Cartagena City Council should fully subsidize the tickets for the unemployed , large families with special character, and retirees, to reduce these burdens, while not advancing EFA activities.

For Martinez, "the current service is poor, with unfair tariffs, and completely unresponsive to the needs of citizens. Need reorder routes and schedules to suit users of downtown Cartagena, and the counties."
