On Friday, November 23, will begin operating the Bureau of Local Coordination and Monitoring Gender Violence.

It will be at 12 am in Conference Room of the Palace Hall and Aldermen in this first session will be attended by the mayor, Pilar Barreiro.

As explained by the Councillor for Women, Clara Heredia, this initiative is aimed at helping different groups of society so they know where to go when they are aware of any cases of gender violence.

It also involved with the departments of Female Youth, Education and Social Affairs and other entities involved as Police, and University Health Center, and University Employment Service.
