The local police come to the history and culture of the city (19/11/2012)

School of Public Safety (SPACE) organized within the Training Plan of the City of Cartagena, a course on History and Culture of the City, Street and Ordinances, which began Thursday and is being held on 19, 22, 26 and 29 November.

This is the second edition of this course, the first was held in June, and the goal is to provide attendees with the necessary knowledge of city history and extensive knowledge of the Municipal de Cartagena.

It is aimed at managers and agents of Local Police is mandatory for members of the Unit and Old Town, in the subjects taught, include:

City History.

Sanctioning procedure on ordinances.

Public Safety Act.

Bylaws: street cleaning.

Traffic.

Regulatory antenna installation.

Occupation road.

Prevention and eradication of begging.

Pets.

Permanent markets.

Advertising on public roads.
