Municpal Institute of Social Services has launched a clothing collection campaign.
Under the slogan Not the Tires, Give it, the Department of Social Care and the Abraham Project Association have launched this environmental awareness campaign aimed at major associations of the municipality.
The objective of this campaign is to promote the recycling of clothing, shoes and toys and publicize the elderly social and environmental benefits of recycling this waste through talks given by Abraham Project, explaining the fate of residues that are deposited in the collection container that the City of Cartagena, through the Department of Tourism and Environment, has been the town streets and whose collection service is developing Project Abraham.
The campaign was carried out in the clubs over the Slum Lady of Charity, The Albujón, Alums, Four Saints, Barreros and is expected in the coming months to reach most major clubs in Cartagena.
