Local Police charged a driver Cartagena during the bridge of All Saints, a crime against road safety when found driving with an alcohol level in expired air three times higher than allowed.

Agents also conducted two administrative blood alcohol and located a driver who was driving without a license.

Drivers accused were intercepted by police on Wednesday between October 31 and Sunday, November 4, for traffic violations or conducting irregular driving in different streets of the city.
