The centers and Primary, ready to start the course (06/09/2012)

Centers and Primary Education Township are ready to start the school year next week.

Pilar Barreiro Mayor and the Councillor for Education, Josefa Maroto, this morning visited the centers Primitive Lopez and Stella Maris Pipiripao three centers that have been under construction this summer.

Maintenance works have been and they are all finished, Barreiro said.

The City has invested 660,000 euros in the realization of 54 performances in 30 schools and 8 primary schools of the 68 public schools and Primary Education is in Cartagena.

In special education school Primitive Lopez, several units have been redeployed.

For example, it has been decided to use the porter, who until then was used to expand the kitchen, which will allow those responsible for the use that space center daily, stressed the first municipal authority.

Also recalled that Primitive Barreiro Lopez has all the places covered this year and has taken advantage of the summer to do small works which required teachers.

On the other hand, the works that have been carried out in the Pipiripao and the Stella Maris, located in the Barrio Virgin of Charity, have also been small in scale.

In the first taping the curb has been concreted and multipurpose classroom, while at the Stella Maris has been conditioning the music room and have arranged several patio areas.

These works join other previously performed in which the wiring was renewed and redistributed offices.

The remaining centers that also has worked this summer are the CEIP Antonio Puig Campillo, Carthago, Antonio Ulloa, Hasdrubal Pipiripao, San Fulgencio, San Francisco Javier, Poet Antonio Oliver, Mare Nostrum, Concepción Arenal, José María Lapuerta , La Concepción, Azorin, Gardens, Calandre Luis, Luis Vives, Our Lady of Sorrows and Santa María del Buen Aire.

On the other hand, we must also mention the investment efforts of the Ministry of Education to undertake larger works as the six new classrooms at the College Ros Vincent and the Mediterranean with an investment of one million euros.
