The collaboration has allowed citizens to identify and locate the detainee
The Guardia Civil Murcia proceeded to arrest a person on suspicion of a crime of lascivious exhibition to minors in Las Lomas-Cartagena.
The suspect allegedly was in a playpen displaying their genitals and masturbating before a three year old girl.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, March 22, a woman he met her three years in a playground of Las Lomas-Cartagena.
Then a guy who wandered near the park, and in the presence of a minor, exhibited his genitals and masturbated.
The mother, realizing the situation, assured his girl and solicited the help of her husband, who immediately noticed the exhibitionist, prompting his flight from the park.
The Civil Guard, to be aware of this fact, initiated an investigation in order to identify, locate and arrest the exhibitionist.
The result of the investigations carried out thanks to the cooperation of citizens, officers were able to identify the alleged perpetrator of this offense, that after a search, hours later were located, proceeding to his arrest and subsequent remand in custody.

Within this service we have proceeded to arrest a person on suspicion of crime of lascivious exhibition to minors, identified as:
- Swiss, 70 and living in Los Belones-Cartagena.
The proceedings initiated arrested and have been made available to the magistrate No. 4 of Cartagena (Murcia).
