Calderon: "The city of Cartagena supports the Anti-AIDS Committee and will maintain its commitments" (20/06/2012)

The councilman of Social Care, Antonio Calderon, said that the City of Cartagena maintains its collaboration and support for anti-AIDS steering committee and will meet its commitments to this partnership.

The councilman noted that times are tough and from the council is working to seek alternatives, optimizing resources and making a great economic effort to meet the needs of this group, and hopes that in the coming weeks to make delivery of grant pending.

Calderon stressed that the PSOE is legitimiado to give lessons in social policy, and pointed to the socialist councilor, Ana Belen Castejón, "not heard his voice when the government of Mr Zapatero glared programs for the elderly and the poorest families, whose support was maintained exclusively with funds from the Department of Social Services. "
