The demand made by the City Council table, installed for the alms of Corpus Christi for Caritas, has raised 1,868 euros this morning.
The city was one of several that have opened during the day for various parts of the city, supported by various associations and institutions.
The money raised will go to projects to prevent insertion of Caritas Cartagena, also taking advantage of this action to inform the public of the activities and projects of this entity.
In the table located in the Town Hall Square has been the councilors of Celebration, Women, Education and Youth, Florentina Garcia, Clara Heredia, Josefa Maroto and Ruth Collado.
The places that have also been installed petitionary tables have, in addition to the Town Hall Square, on Calle del Carmen (around Dorda House) Plaza Juan XXIII, Captain General.
Plaza San Sebastian Plaza Molina in the Santa Lucia Pearl District, next to Mercadona, High Street Barrio de la Concepción, and Carlos III Street, next to Mercadona, Paseo Alfonso XIII in addition to the height of the Regional Assembly, and the Peak Mall, near the Market.
