The owner of the Court of First Instance No 1 of Cartagena has agreed estimate embargoes and farm accounts of society New Gate Residential Cartagena as precautionary measures requested in the lawsuit that has raised SA Old Town as a guarantee of the debt that society City asks the developer for the University District.
The procedure to bring the lawsuit, which began in May 2011, had to be paralyzed by presenting a situation of New Gate preconcurso of creditors and was formalized in court last April.
The Magistrate ordered by resolution, before which the appeal lies-lien loans granted by society, and their bank balances and more than 80 houses, garages and several local and solar as Old Town had requested SA.
The City has initiated proceedings to reclaim 3.5 million for its 30% in extra profits in sales.
