About 200 business people and entrepreneurs improve their skills and are trained in new technologies in Cartagena (26/05/2012)

The European Business and Innovation Cartagena (CEEIC), attached to the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research through the Institute of Development in the Region of Murcia, along with the Agency of Local Development and Employment of Cartagena, closed the sixth edition of the series of business seminars included in the program Company Hall.

This last cycle was attended by nearly two hundred participants.

About 60 percent of them were businessmen consolidated and 40 percent remaining entrepreneurs.

The director of the Institute of Development, Juan Hernandez, said the seminar series is consolidated Company Classroom "as a formative mark in the Region of Murcia, because, since its launch just over three years, have participated in about 1,500 people. "

This latest edition of its development cycle began in the classrooms of CEEIC last March and lasted until early May.

In it, participants have had the necessary tools to improve their business skills, learn more about the new Internet tools and technologies that serve the company as well as the possibility of defining a vision and strategy for success their initiative.

To do this, a new development, the training project focused particularly successful in overcoming the current economic situation through the internalization of small and medium enterprises and foreign trade, as well as provide value to online sales portals.

Also included the participation of businessmen and entrepreneurs located in very diverse sectors.

In particular, its business activities range from those that include a high innovative component, such as development of technology applications for energy saving, production of biomass boilers, mobile application development, manufacturing and marketing of hydroponic urban gardens to others considered more traditional graphic communication, development of various e-commerce portals, tourist services, catering and services for communities of owners.

In short, "draws a consolidation of this action training as a benchmark of value and wealth to improve the skills of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs from the Region of Murcia," concluded John Hernandez.
