Pilar Barreiro Mayor today delivered Thursday, March 1, at 20 hours, the prize of the Year 2010 Cartagenero Francisco Morata Andreo.
The event will take place in the lobby of the Palace Hall and will be attended by directors of the Centre for Tourism Initiatives in Cartagena (CIT), in collaboration with the City Council, organizes the prize.
Francisco Morata is president of pencils Ã, Association for Community Integration of Persons with Mental Illness and District of Cartagena, and also chairs the Spanish Confederation of People with Mental Illness.
He was also with the party Cantonal councilor between 1979 and 1991.
And he served as deputy mayor during the last term in which he participated, and the opposition in the past.
By the coincidence of the municipal elections, the prize is decided in late 2011, hence the delay in delivery.
The award has been granted every year uninterruptedly, for 40 issues.
