David Otero, last year began a new musical journey as The Pescao, name inspired the title song composed by him and which appeared on the album Shoes, published in 2005 by El Canto del Loco.

Nothing makes sense, the debut album is a proposal to a new way of listening to music, unlike what David Otero had done before.

Exactly the July 13, 2010 is launched for digital download the first single from The Pescao: Sandcastle.

The song had a different love story between man and nature and was the presentation of this new artist.

The beginning of the project were more than positive. Sand Castle has been one of the songs heard and seen through the airwaves and the Internet.

The disc also has been a bestseller in Spain.

The Pescao has been nominated for Best Spanish Artist at the MTV European Music Awards 2011, and in the Top 40 Awards in the categories of Best New Artist and Best Tour.

On Saturday for the first time set foot Cartagena with a very rock show and a special motivation: In this city I have many friends, I used to spend the summer in the small area, so I am very excited to return, knowing that they have sold out and that my music is so popular here, stressed in an interview with EFE.
