People's University in the Department of Culture has organized two workshops to be held computer between January and February at the Cultural Center Luzzy Ramón Alonso, fifteen students each.
One is the Power Point Workshop, for which prior knowledge of computing and aims to create presentations, including text, images and diagrams, in addition to animated effects and transitions.
Interested persons may register by January 30.
The course will run from January 30 to February 23, Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, with a total of 24 hours.
The price is 30 euros.
The other is a Digital Literacy Workshop, entry level, the content includes knowledge of the parts of computer, operating system tools, creating folders, mouse handling and word processing and email, among other subjects.
The registration period is until 20 January and will run from January 17 to February 29, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30 to 12.30.
The total number of hours is 60 and the price, 70 euros.
