The ADLE teaches how to find employment to 174 persons (27/12/2011)

Area Agency Guidance for Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena (ALDE) has recently completed the workshops organized within the program of Active Employment counseling (OPEA), which began last October with the participation of 174 jobseekers.

In particular there have been 16 workshops focusing on active job search, in which personal aspects have been developed for the occupation.

Thus, the workshop actively seeking employment (BAE), oriented to 96 users in the acquisition of techniques and skills to complete the process of integration in the labor market.

Through theoretical and practical methodology users became aware of their career goal, active search techniques developed, planned and organized and gained confidence and self-confidence before a job market as complex as this one.

In the three workshops PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ASPECTS FOR THE OCCUPATION (DAPO), 30 women participated actively in the development and acquisition of social skills aimed at finding a job (assertiveness, adaptability, self-confidence) that will enhance their chances of integration into the workplace.

In the four INTERVIEW WORKSHOP, 48 users developed the knowledge and skills to increase their chances of success in a recruitment interview, so important today, and where the number of candidates presented to a job is so high is essential that training in this workshop.

The aim of all workshops is to improve the tools in the active job search, including resume, cover letter or the importance of good personal image in the job interview.
