Park Road Education and Occupational Center-Astus PROLAM work together to improve safety when traveling in groups of people with intellectual disabilities and cerebral palsy, an initiative that will take shape through a course that will give users the Park to the center occupational during the month of January.
This was the agreement reached by monitors from both schools during their meeting on Friday to prepare for this training, which aims to teach good practices related to the safety of this group, you often make multiple outputs by the City with corresponding monitors.
The subjects in which will affect the course will be aimed at identifying hazards mobility groups, with particular emphasis on aspects such as getting around the city at the crossroads and travel in public transport, the behaviors prevention to reduce risks in the mobility of groups of people with disabilities, and guidelines for action in emergency situations.
