The municipal groups and their assignments are lowered personal (17/06/2011)

The Municipal Corporation of Cartagena was held this morning its first full decision-making of the legislature and as the law has been in that have set the organizational criteria through the different information commissions, as well as staff and equipment that will local groups and council members shall receive remuneration according to their dedication.

Councillors Delegates serve on a full-time basis, receive an annual payment equivalent to an official of the Municipal Corporation, Group A target level of complement 29, and the highest specific complement of the corresponding the indicated level, divided into twelve monthly payments and two bonuses.

The spokesmen of various political opposition groups that serve on a full-time basis, will have an annual salary equivalent to that approved by the Secretary General of the Autonomous Region, divided into twelve monthly payments and two bonuses.

The rest of Aldermen Municipal political groups, receive some assistance for attendance at meetings of corporate bodies, of 14,800 euros, divided into twelve months.

The mayor, who did not receive salary of the City Council will have an attendance of 1,500 euros for attendance at each of the plenary sessions.

On the other hand, the Socialist Municipal Group have released two councilors, including its spokesman, and one the United Left-Greens.

The vote has received the affirmative vote of 26 of the 27 councilors of the Corporation for groups PP, PSOE and IU-Greens and vote against the Councillor Working Group, Citizens Movement Jose Lopez.

On his turn in explanation of vote, Jose Lopez of the Joint commented that his vote against it because no one had approached him to inform him of the proposal and announced it will ask the full recognition of the compatibility exercise activities with dedicated professionals at City Hall.

For his part, Cayetano Jaime Molto IU-Green explained that his support for this proposal was necessary for the government team can deploy its election manifesto, but from now on would be more demanding.

The Socialist spokesman has said that Rives Charity has supported the proposal because it was necessary to participate in the austerity and cuts in appropriations, as society demands.

On the Team, Joaquín espírtitu Segado thanked the collaborative has been in opposition and wanted to remain on other issues of interest to citizens.
