About a hundred spectators attended on Saturday the first of the concerts is included in the flamenco performance cycle, which takes place in the district of Santa Lucia on Saturday of the month for June.
Antonio Ayala Paredes, The Ramp, was commissioned to inaugurate this cycle as the setting reverts to the Plaza de la Marina, in the Cartagena area fishermen.
The ramp, which was Mining Lamp Festival de las Minas de La Union in 1989, was born in Cartagena, on the slope of the Baroness, in 1961, and became the stage name of his grandfather, who was singer and amateur friend Pepe Marchena.
The next performance cycle of concerts will be Saturday June 18, also in the Plaza de la Marina, Curro Piñana and Table Kabbalists, to 22.30 hours.
