With a jury of María Aznar, a professor specializing in theater in his teaching as well as José Manuel Marin, who also served as secretary of the same and Paloma Fernández, Technical Education and coordinator of the municipal theater in school, the past Thursday, April 14, was held in the auditorium of the Military Museum of Cartagena the Improv Match VIII of the Municipal School of Drama.
The following prizes were awarded:
Special runners for their hard work: Jessica Segura and Carlos Aliaga in the robbery and hands up, respectively.
Best Actor: Jose Gabriel Campos for his work on Superstition.
Award for Best Actress: Pilar García for his work on I'm dying of laughter.
If the jury already was difficult for previous awards for the high level of this issue, the more I had to define the three best works of improvisation that were awarded to:
First prize for the best improvisation: Elena Gutierrez and Danny Moreno for his work in comedy, The misunderstanding.
Second prize for best improvisation: Francisco Casanova and Ana Robles for his work in drama, Do not tell me stories.
And third prize for the best improvisation: A Lito Inés Sánchez Campillo for his work in drama, Alone in the desert.
It is worth noting the high number of participants and a room full which makes the actors feel comfortable in their improvised work ready in three minutes before the audience and created the basic elements of drama, in five minutes, so that the value of his work acquires a high degree of professionalism.
This year has had the technical integration of sound, kindly provided by Cia La Murga which received ambient microphones which can be further enhanced if the samples of interpretive work.
