Local Police Cartagena arrested a 48 year old man and Spanish nationality about which there was a warrant of arrest and detention.

The incident occurred during the course of a traffic accident last Monday afternoon in La Aparecida, in which a vehicle caused damage to a dwelling place.

As the officers involved in the accident, a man who happened to know the driver of the vehicle involved, reacted angrily starting to insults and threats against the owner of the damaged home.

The agents proceeded to the identification of the involved and it was found that on an arrest warrant and detention.

At that time proceeded to arrest and provision of judicial authority.
