The municipal laboratory has implemented a new water testing service to individuals and companies that request it, an action with the city of Cartagena which aims to expand and improve services to citizens.
As announced a few weeks ago, this service will allow neighboring communities to solve problems with water filters or ensure the quality of supplies Through their deposits or suitability of water pools.
From now on, will go to the center, located in the Plaza San Agustín, to take samples and perform the necessary analysis of both drinking water, and recreational or wastewater.
In addition, the Municipal Laboratory has implemented a new web portal from which to explain to the citizens of Cartagena the work done.
This portal is easy to use, allowing the discharge of charges, and practice self-assess water analysis.
Thus, individuals or companies who are interested can apply for prepaid analysis published price stipulated in the BORM (Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia).
Moreover, to facilitate its use has provided a separate section within the municipal website that will apply the procedures via the Internet , so that should only go to the lab to take samples to be analyzed.
In the municipal laboratory carried out periodic inspections of the public water supply and sanitation, and is the only specialist water analysis accredited by the ENAC since 2007 throughout the municipality.

Customer service: Weekdays, Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 14:00
Delivery of samples: Weekdays, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 11:00 (for microbiological analysis, consult the laboratory).
