UPyD denounces the lack of cleanliness and municipal neglect on the beach of Cala Cortina (12/04/2011)

On Sunday April 10 there were many who attended Cartageneros Cala Cortina to sunbathe, stroll, or even some brave to swim but found the dirt as a company, but not the previous day's dirt, dirt, lack of cleaning, cans, bottles, bags of food scraps, etc.

We believe it is inexcusable duty of our City Council in a position to have an area in a few days will be targeted tourist visitors in addition to usual recreational area for many Cartagena.

It is necessary to send a brigade on Saturday and Sunday morning to take a look at the beautiful Cala, not to mention Monday that the remains do not sleep all week in the area.

You also can not forget to empty the bins, filled to overflowing, put a trash can in sight for those who want to bring a bag and place for waste recycling.

It is unfortunate that no responsible municipality has taken a walk around Cala Cortina since who knows when.

Nor do we understand how at this point in spring, it provides an overview of the facilities and repaired a few details of the pavement.

Cartagena UPyD reminds the team of the PP government to govern is to be closer to citizens and their needs and problems, and that the title of Great City is taking care of these details to win ugly and damaging the image of tourism excellence that we want sell and promote.

UPyD urges the Department of Infrastructure to take appropriate measures to eradicate the image of municipal neglect launching services that enable the cleaning planned in Cala Cortina for the use and enjoyment of Carthaginians and visitors.
