The best players of U-15 national scene already in Cartagena where they will participate in the twenty-third edition of the Tournament Regional Assembly of Murcia, which takes place from 15 to 19 March at the Tennis Club Cartagena.
The Regional Assembly President Francisco Celdran, and council member of Sports City of Cartagena, Alonso Gómez López, yesterday presented the details of the tournament and received by the Regional Assembly to both male and female participants and representatives of the federations organizing the event.
Councillor for Sports, Alonso Gómez, thanked the organizers that in times of crisis still betting on this race and pointed out that in this tournament have left his seed many who now are first pairs national and international level, the last Rafa Nadal of them was won in 2000.
Other players from the likes of Albert Costa, Juan Carlos Ferrero, Marta Marrero, Joan Balcells or Felix Mantilla also passed during its beginnings in the sport by a competition established in its twenty-three editions.
The tournament is organized by the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation, Tennis Federation of Murcia and Carthage Tennis Club, sponsored by Assembly l Cajamurcia Regional Pro and collaboration of the City of Cartagena and the Autonomous Community.
